MeDiterrate President Th. Stathis Honored by the Academy of Athens

Dr. Theodore Stathis was awarded by the Academy of Athens on Thursday, December 21, for his book “Dourios Ippos of Democracy,” published by Ammon publishing house.

The distinctions were bestowed upon individuals of exemplary character and contribution and were presented during an official session of the Academy of Athens.

Theodore Stathis, a Columbia University Doctoral Graduate, serves as the President of the Foundation for Mediterranean Studies. His career includes roles as the Deputy Minister of National Defense, Deputy Minister of Culture, and Minister of Agriculture.
